David aldaz (CEO)
With extensive experience in real estate investing, he focuses on acquiring and improving undervalued properties to create strong rental assets and successful flips. He works closely with investors, contractors, and local partners to deliver projects built on integrity and collaboration. His approach emphasizes strong returns, neighborhood improvement, and long-term community value.
Jarred Neal (COO)
Drawing from a long civil engineering career and active licensure in three states, he brings strong technical insight to land development and property operations. He has managed multifamily and residential assets while completing numerous rehabilitation projects throughout Pennsylvania. His work focuses on elevating project quality and supporting community growth through responsible development.
Thomas Hubiack (CFO)
Backed by extensive experience overseeing finances across several LLCs, he manages company accounting, investment analysis, and strategic capital planning. His analytical approach is shaped by doctoral-level training and years of real estate evaluation from an investor’s perspective. His projects focus on successful flips, disciplined financial management, and long-term portfolio value.
